Rabbit roulade is an exquisite dish of Australian cuisine that combines the tenderness of rabbit meat with aromatic bacon and white mushrooms. This dish has deep roots in Australia's hunting traditions, where rabbit meat is valued for its dietary properties and rich flavor. The baked roulade acquires an appetizing golden crust, and the combination of spices – oregano, thyme, and tarragon – gives it a rich aroma. White wine and olive oil add a light fruity note, making the taste even more refined. This roulade will be a wonderful choice for a festive dinner, especially when served with a glass of white wine and a light vegetable garnish. A hearty yet elegant dish that will impress even the most discerning gourmets.
