Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour gelatin with cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Gelatin in plates: 3 pieces

Extract seeds from the vanilla pod.
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece

Put the seeds and pod in the saucepan.
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece

Pour in the cream, add sugar, and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Cream 33%: 500 ml
- Sugar: 150 g

Slightly squeeze out water from the soaked gelatin and add it to the hot cream.
- Gelatin in plates: 3 pieces

Mix well until the gelatin dissolves.

Strain the cream through a sieve to remove the pod and any possible gelatin lumps.
- Cream 33%: 500 ml

Pour into greased molds with vegetable oil.
