To make pancake batter: mix milk, eggs, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, and flour.
- Milk: 0.5 l
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 65 g

- Wheat flour: 200 g

Mix the cottage cheese: pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add vanilla, 40 grams of sugar, and raisins. Use light raisins, previously rinsed with boiling water.
