Pancakes, a simple and foolproof recipe that we decided to include in our "Golden Thousand", actually, for this very reason.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Sugar: 25 g
- Fresh yeast: 25 g

Mix the starter with flour using a mixer.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Cover the bowl with dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for 40 minutes to let the dough rise.

Add eggs to the separated dough.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Add salt.
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Add a tablespoon of oil and knead again. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml

Heat oil in a pan.
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml

Without mixing the dough, take a portion with a spoon soaked in water and place it on the skillet.

Fry the pancakes on both sides. Serve.
