Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g

Add honey and egg, mix well.
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Sift the flour with the baking powder. About 5 spoons of flour are needed, but it may be more. The dough should be of a consistency that can be molded.
- Wheat flour: 5 tablespoon
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

Roll the dough into small rolls. Place them on greased parchment at a respectful distance from each other (the rolls will rise).
