Fry the sliced bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Bacon: 100 g

Grate the cheddar cheese on a coarse grater.
- Cheddar cheese: 150 g

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and grate them on a coarse grater.
- Potato: 2 pieces

Crack eggs into the grated potatoes and mix.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Add 3 tablespoons of chopped onion, cheese, and bacon to the bowl with potatoes and mix well.

Grease the cupcake baking mold well with vegetable oil. Fill each cell halfway with potato mixture. Do not fill the mold completely, as this will significantly increase the cooking time.
