Viennese Curd Waffles with Bran

A name that doesn't really exist, but is popular in Russia: in fact, in Vienna waffles are baked only in Belgian pastry shops, and what we call a "Viennese waffle" is essentially a Brussels variety. Be that as it may, in our latitudes the concept of "Viennese waffle" has acquired its own details: the filling in a thick Viennese waffle can be located not only on the outside, but also embedded in the dough in the form of fruit or vegetable puree, cottage cheese, fried bacon, and even chopped chicken breast. We offer a curd version with bran, which can become an alternative to syrniki for breakfast
