Fruit and Nut Granola

Fruit and nut granola is a true embodiment of Mediterranean flavor and health benefits. Its roots trace back to the tradition of using natural ingredients rich in energy and nutrients. Crunchy nuts, tender oats, honey sweetness, and cinnamon aroma create a harmonious balance of textures and flavors. Baked to golden crispness, the granola absorbs the rich scent of apple juice and olive oil, while added dried fruits – cherries and raisins – provide a pleasant tartness and rich sweetness. This breakfast pairs perfectly with milk, yogurt, or fresh fruits, turning mornings into a gastronomic delight. Stored in an airtight jar for long-lasting enjoyment of its flavor. It's not just food – it's a tradition of caring for health, comfort, and pleasure in every bite.

1
Chop the nuts (I took walnuts and cashews). Mix in a bowl with oatmeal and seeds (of your choice). It's better to take oats that cook for at least 10-15 minutes (!)
- Nuts: 150 g
- Oat flakes: 300 g
- Flax seeds: to taste
2
In a saucepan, mix honey, juice, oil, and cinnamon. Place on the heat and stir until all ingredients combine (do not boil).

- Apple juice: 125 ml
- Olive oil: 60 ml
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
3
Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Oat flakes: 300 g
- Nuts: 150 g

4
Place in a mold and bake for 50-60 minutes at 160 degrees. Every 8-10 minutes, take it out and stir well to prevent the granola from burning and to ensure even baking.

5
While the granola is baking, chop the dried fruits (in my case, it's dried cherries and raisins).
- Dried cherries: 100 g
- Raisin: 100 g
6
After the granola is cooked, let it cool.
7
Add dried fruits and roasted sesame to the cooled granola (optional) and mix everything well.
- Dried cherries: 100 g
- Raisin: 100 g
- Flax seeds: to taste

You can eat with milk and fresh fruits, with yogurt.
