Millet porridge in a multicooker

30 minutes
Millet porridge is one of the oldest dishes in Russian cuisine, known since ancient times as a symbol of simplicity and nourishment. It has a soft, creamy taste due to the combination of millet, milk, and butter. Its delicate texture makes it an ideal breakfast or dinner, especially in cold weather when you want to warm up. In a multicooker, it is easy to prepare: just rinse the grains, mix with milk, and add a bit of sugar and salt. After 30 minutes, you get a fragrant, warming dish. Millet porridge is rich in B vitamins and iron, beneficial for digestion and provides a lasting feeling of fullness. In village tradition, it was often served with honey or berries, adding sweet notes to its natural flavor.
