Hercules porridge is a classic of Russian cuisine, embodying the warmth and comfort of a home breakfast. Its history traces back to the tradition of consuming oatmeal rich in fiber and nutrients. In a multicooker, the porridge turns out especially tender and aromatic due to even cooking and flavor enhancement with butter and milk. The light sweetness of sugar and a pinch of salt highlight the subtle nutty flavor of the oats. This porridge is perfect for breakfast, energizing you for the entire day.
