- Flax seeds: 45 g

Mix all dry ingredients in a large container
- Gluten Free Oatmeal: 80 g
- Coconut flakes: 30 g
- Hazelnut: 60 g
- Ground cinnamon: 2 tablespoons
- Green pistachios: 30 g
- Cocoa: 3 tablespoons

Heat olive oil with maple syrup to boiling in a small container.
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- Maple syrup: 60 ml

And immediately pour into the container with dry ingredients and mix.
