Yogurt parfait with fruits

Yogurt parfait with fruits is a refined breakfast or light dessert that originated from European cuisine. Its roots trace back to the French tradition of layered desserts, where juicy fruits, creamy yogurt, and crunchy muesli create a perfect blend of flavors and textures. Refreshing yet filling, this dessert is ideal for starting the day or as a healthy snack.

1
In the evening, take a glass, cut fruits and berries into it, anything you like, but the main thing is to cover the bottom of the glass! You can cut them in any way, I usually cut them into squares. (For example, you can take half a banana)
- Fruits: 1 piece
2
We take a pack of yogurt and pour it over the fruits, dumping the whole pack on them.
- Natural yoghurt: 200 ml
3
We cover the glass with something, I take a regular jar lid! It can also be wrapped in a bag. And we put it in the fridge overnight!
4
In the morning we wake up, take a glass from the fridge, and sprinkle 2 spoons of muesli on top.
- Muesli: 2 tablespoons
