Cheese omelet in lavash is a simple yet exquisite dish that combines the tenderness of melted cheese with a crispy golden crust. This recipe hails from Russian cuisine, where traditional dishes often blend heartiness with ease of preparation. The lavash soaked in aromatic egg gives the omelet a unique texture, while spices enhance the depth of flavor. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner. This treat fills the home with warmth and comfort, turning an ordinary meal into a small gastronomic delight.
