Pancakes with sea buckthorn

Sea buckthorn pancakes are a delicate and aromatic treat that combines the lightness of the batter with the bright tartness of sea buckthorn. This recipe is rooted in traditional European methods of making homemade pancakes, where natural berries add rich flavor and health benefits. Golden and airy, they gain expressive freshness thanks to sea buckthorn, known for its high vitamin content. These pancakes are perfect for a morning breakfast or a cozy family tea time. Serve them with jam, condensed milk, or sour cream to highlight their unique taste.
