Knead the dough. For this, put kefir, eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a blender bowl and mix. The dough should not be liquid like for pancakes.

- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Wash the apples and peel them. Add to the dough and mix well. Add vanilla and cinnamon to the dough.
