Broccoli pancakes with cheese

Pancakes "with a secret" are in the repertoire of every mother whose children do not want to eat healthy vegetables alive. Broccoli keeps the secret reliably: the cabbage dough retains a vibrant green color, and the obsessive cabbage smell disappears without a trace. These pancakes can be fried in the traditional way in a frying pan or baked in the oven, placing the dough in muffin tins. By the way, they will make an ideal pair with fried eggs in the morning.

1
Boil the cabbage in salted water, drain it, and chop it.
- Broccoli cabbage: 250 g
- Salt: to taste
2
Beat the egg separately, add flour, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix with broccoli. Heat oil in a pan, shape into pancakes and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with yogurt sauce (mix 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt, finely chop mint, crush garlic and add pepper).
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 70 g
- Salt: to taste
- Mix of peppers: to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 30 g
