Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop the onion into small cubes.
- Onion: 2 heads

Fry the onion in butter until golden brown.
- Butter: 40 g

Soak the crustless bread in milk and let it sit for a few minutes.
- White bread: 100 g
- Milk: 200 ml

Grind the chicken meat through a meat grinder.
- Chicken thigh fillet: 500 g

Then pass the onion and bread through the meat grinder, squeezing it from the milk.
- Onion: 2 heads

Add an egg, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, mix well, beat it, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Form small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
- Breadcrumbs: 100 g

Fry the chicken patties in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Then cover them with a lid and leave on low heat for 7 minutes, after which flip the patties, cover again, and leave for another 7 minutes.
