Syrniki with condensed milk, strawberries, and lavender is an exquisite dessert with Bulgarian roots that combines the tenderness of cottage cheese, the sweetness of condensed milk, and the refined floral note of lavender. Lavender used in Bulgarian cuisine gives syrniki an elegant aroma, creating an atmosphere of a countryside breakfast in a summer garden. Juicy pieces of strawberries add freshness and a slight tartness, harmoniously balancing the sweetness of the dough. Baking gives syrniki an appetizing golden crust while keeping them soft inside. Serving them with condensed milk makes the taste rich and delicate. These syrniki are perfect for a morning meal or cozy tea time, filling the day with aromas of summer and traditional Bulgarian cuisine.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and let sit for 4-5 minutes.
