Cottage cheese casserole with cherries is an exquisite dessert inspired by French culinary tradition, valuing delicate textures and natural flavors. The velvety cheese layer, infused with sweetness and a hint of vanilla, perfectly complements the juicy cherry berries that add a tangy zest. Semolina gives the casserole lightness, while quail eggs add tenderness and richness. The casserole not only pleases the eye with its golden hue but also enchants with its taste. This dessert is perfect for a family breakfast or a cozy tea time, especially when complemented with a spoonful of sour cream or a light fruit sauce. The aroma evokes memories of sunny mornings in Provence, making each serving a true gastronomic delight.
