Cheese pancakes with fruits are a cozy and delicate dish of Russian cuisine filled with sweet notes and pleasant acidity. At its core is soft cottage cheese, which has been used in Slavic traditional recipes since ancient times. Semolina gives the dough a light airiness, while added fruits provide freshness and juiciness. Apples offer a slight tartness, bananas bring soft sweetness, and pears add an exquisite aroma. Fried to a golden crust, the pancakes become crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They can be served with honey, sour cream or jam, enjoying the harmony of flavors. A great option for breakfast or a cozy tea time that brings warmth and joy in every bite.
