For the sauce, combine cherry juice, halved and pitted cherries, unsalted pistachios, 80 ml of sugar, a cinnamon stick, and a pinch of ground nutmeg in a saucepan. Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring until the cherries release most of their juice and the syrup thickens for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon stick. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to a jar until use.
- Cherry juice: 0.3 glass
- Cherries: 200 g
- Unsalted Pistachios: 50 g

Pour milk into a pot and place it over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and 30 ml of sugar. Bring the milk to a boil and add the oats. Cook, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes until the porridge thickens.
