Thanks to the simplicity of the ingredients, syrniki are easy to prepare even in the morning when time is short. They pair perfectly with sour cream, jam, or honey, turning every morning into a little celebration. They can be served as a standalone dish or as an addition to tea or coffee. This recipe is a real find for those who appreciate the taste of homemade food and strive for simplicity in cooking.

1
Mix the cottage cheese well with the eggs to avoid lumps. Add sugar, baking soda (no need to extinguish), and vanillin (or half a packet of vanilla sugar), and mix again. Gradually incorporate the flour. If the cottage cheese is very fatty, you can slightly increase the amount of flour, and vice versa. The mixture should not be too thick to mix easily.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Soda: pinch
- Vanillin: pinch
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
