Lazy dumplings for kids are a delicate and airy dish of Russian cuisine, rightly considered an ideal breakfast or snack for little ones. Their history begins with traditional dumplings but in a simplified version that makes them convenient for quick preparation. Thanks to the cottage cheese, the dumplings acquire a soft, slightly creamy texture and a pleasant sweet-sour taste that is enhanced by a hint of vanilla if you add a pinch of vanilla sugar. They pair wonderfully with sour cream, berry jam, or condensed milk, turning into a real dessert. The dumplings literally melt in your mouth, leaving a pleasant feeling of fullness and coziness. They are especially valued for their ease of preparation: just a few steps and an aromatic homemade treat is on the table to bring joy to the whole family.
