Omelette with minced turkey

Prepare an omelet. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Combine eggs, sour cream, semolina, cheese, and season with salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sour cream: 100 g
- Cheese: 100 g
- Semolina: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: pinch

Prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden for 3 minutes.
- Olive oil: to taste
- Onion: 2 heads

Combine the minced meat with onion, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Finely chop any herbs and add to the minced meat.
- Ground turkey: 350 g
- Salt: pinch
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Green: to taste

Spread the egg mixture on a baking sheet greased with olive oil or lined with a silicone mat.

Bake the omelet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Remove the omelet from the mold and let it cool slightly.

Evenly distribute the filling and chopped greens on the omelet.
