The ingredients are the same as in a classic draniki, only here the ratio of potatoes and eggs is slightly different: there are fewer potatoes, and therefore the egg stands out much more brightly, and there is, accordingly, more protein here.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the onion, chop it coarsely, and blend it until pureed.
