Potato and seaweed syrniki are an unusual and original dish of Russian cuisine that combines the softness of cottage cheese, the tenderness of potatoes, and the savory sea flavor of kelp. The history of this recipe is linked to the traditional Russian cuisine's pursuit of hearty and healthy dishes that support strength and health. These syrniki have a delicate texture with a crispy golden crust, while the seaweed adds a light salty note and richness in trace elements. They can be served with sour cream, which softens the taste and makes the dish even more harmonious.
