The cheese cap on the top is mainly for decoration, because brown liver itself does not look very attractive, so you want to dress it up and decorate it. And instead of toast, a draniki - you can't spoil fish with potatoes. Only one condition is important: that you do not forget to blot the potato pancakes with a paper napkin, thus collecting oil from the surface, and serve immediately with the liver melting on the hot surface of the draniki.
