A fantasy on the theme of bruschetta in the Russian style - a consensus of cod liver, onion and boiled egg diluted with a pickle to rid the liver of excess amorphousness and smooth out the taste of fish oil. The cheese cap on the top is mainly for decoration, because brown liver itself does not look very attractive, so you want to dress it up and decorate it. And instead of toast, a draniki - you can't spoil fish with potatoes. Only one condition is important: that you do not forget to blot the potato pancakes with a paper napkin, thus collecting oil from the surface, and serve immediately with the liver melting on the hot surface of the draniki.
