Cottage cheese must be squeezed from water using double cheesecloth. It's better to take non-granular cottage cheese.
- Cottage cheese: 500 g

Mix cottage cheese with eggs, add salt and sugar. Then add semolina and mix everything.

- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Semolina: 1 tablespoon
