Omelette with basturma

Peel the tomatoes and chop them. Sauté in butter, add the whole pepper. Simmer a little, add za'atar.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Butter: 30 g
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
- Zaatar: to taste

After a while, add greens and eggs. At the very end, add basturma sliced thin.
- Green: 1 bunch
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Basturma: 50 g

Gently mix, place warm bread on the omelet, and serve at the table.
