Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.

Булгур отварить в подсоленной воде и дать ему остыть.
Помидоры избавить от семечек (кожицу можно оставить), иначе в процессе настаивания с лимонным соком помидорная мякоть превратится в кашу.
