Sweet pepper shakshuka

The pepper should be sweet and firm so that after heat treatment its flesh remains recognizable. If you use salted feta cheese, you don't need to salt the shakshuka

Cut the pepper into strips and fry in a hot pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Then lower the heat and simmer the peppers for a few more minutes until soft.

Add some cilantro leaves and coarsely chopped tomatoes, fry while stirring for a few more minutes until the tomatoes soften. Season with salt and pepper.
