Ricotta and banana syrniki are a delicate treat with Italian roots that beautifully blend with classic Russian traditions. Ricotta gives them an airy texture, while the sweetness of banana fills them with softness and a natural fruity note. Fried to a golden crust and then baked for perfect structure, they surprise with their rich, creamy flavor. Serving with powdered sugar and a sprig of mint adds a refreshing touch, while honey enhances the noble sweetness if used. These syrniki are an excellent choice for breakfast, cozy tea time, or a light dessert after the main course.
