Diet Lazy Dumplings

Dietary lazy dumplings are a light and healthy dish from Russian cuisine. These dumplings are characterized by a delicate texture, ease of preparation, and balanced flavor. They are perfect for those who care about their figure but don't want to give up pleasure. Dumplings can be served with honey or jam.

First, the cottage cheese should be thoroughly mashed, either with a fork or by passing it through a sieve. Then take the cottage cheese, egg white, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix them together. Add flour and mash everything again until smooth.
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 200 g
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Egg white: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar: pinch

Dust the board with flour and place the dough on it. You can also sprinkle some flour on top of the dough. Now roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm.

Option 1. You can cut the dough into strips and then into squares.

Roll the dough into a sausage about 1 cm in diameter and cut it diagonally into pieces about 1 cm.

Put a pot of water to boil. When the water boils, add a little salt and drop in the dumplings. Once the dumplings float, cook for another 3 minutes.

Use a slotted spoon to catch the floating dumplings and layer them on a plate, sprinkling each layer lightly with sugar to prevent sticking.
