Tartlets with tuna and feta are an exquisite appetizer of European cuisine that impresses with a harmonious blend of flavors. Crispy tartlets hide a delicate fish pâté with tangy notes of olives and fresh herbs inside. The slightly salty and creamy feta adds expressiveness to the dish, while its cubes enhance the final presentation. This dish is perfect for buffets, festive tables, and light summer evenings when you want to enjoy refined flavors without spending much time on preparation. Legend has it that such combinations arose from Europeans' love for simple yet elegant treats that highlight the taste of each ingredient. Serve with a glass of white wine or a light lemon drink for complete gastronomic pleasure.

Mash the tuna with a fork and remove excess liquid.
