Mix crab meat with egg, add panko breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into patties.
- Crab meat: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Panko bread crumbs: 80 g
- Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, remove the foam, and carefully pour it into any container, leaving the buttermilk at the bottom of the saucepan.

Sprinkle the patties on both sides with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes (cooking time depends on the size of the patties), basting with melted butter.
