Sandwiches with melted cheese and fried eggs are a cozy combination of simple yet rich flavors. Crispy rustic bread soaked in butter is toasted to a golden crust, while aromatic raclette cheese slowly melts, creating a delicate creamy texture. To finish off – an egg with a runny yolk that adds juiciness and richness. A light touch of honey brings an exquisite sweet note, making the taste multifaceted. Such a sandwich is the perfect breakfast or cozy meal at any time of day. The dish draws inspiration from Russian cuisine, where the simplicity of ingredients combines with the richness of flavor to create true gastronomic comfort. These sandwiches can be served with a cup of strong tea or coffee, enjoying the harmony of textures and aromas.
