Grill the bell pepper and jalapeño until the skin bubbles and blackens. (You can also roast them on a rimmed baking sheet in the oven.)
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Jalapeno pepper: 1 piece

Remove the skin and seeds, finely chop the peppers. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and paprika.

- Paprika: 0.1 teaspoon

Add cheddar and chopped peppers, season with salt and pepper.
