Crostini with goat cheese, tuna, and caper paste is a refined Italian appetizer that combines rich flavors and delicate texture. The crispy baguette baked with aromatic garlic and olive oil serves as the perfect base for the tender goat cheese and tuna paste. The addition of capers and lemon juice brings zest and freshness, while parmesan enhances the depth of flavor. This dish is great for an aperitif or a light snack paired with a glass of white wine.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
