It's better to use young, large potatoes. I cooked with what I had. Since the potatoes are not peeled, they need to be washed well, for example, using a new sponge. Then we dry the potatoes and wrap them in foil. We make cross cuts in the wrapped potatoes so they bake better. Place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60-90 minutes; cooking time depends on your oven.

1. Finely chop the ham, gherkins, cheese (can be grated), and red onion. Mix with mayonnaise.

Filling 3. Cut the sausages into circles and fry them. Add sour cream and mustard. Dijon mustard with seeds will be the best.
