This snack is a true classic of European cuisine, created specifically for friendly gatherings. Simple, hearty, and incredibly harmonious, it perfectly complements traditional Russian drinks. Rye croutons give the dish a crunchy texture, garlic adds a hint of spiciness, and beans contribute softness and richness. Cheese and mayonnaise unite the ingredients to create a delicate yet expressive flavor composition. This dish is perfect for warm meetings when you want something cozy but not overloaded. It cooks quickly and its simplicity makes it accessible for any table setting. Enjoy your meal!

1
We cut the black bread into small pieces. I prefer rye bread, but it's not necessary. We lightly salt it, sprinkle with crushed garlic, and put it in the oven to dry. In about 15-20 minutes, it's ready.
- Rye croutons: 1 glass
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: to taste
2
We place the croutons in a bowl. We open a can of canned beans, drain the liquid, and place the beans on the croutons.
- Canned beans: 200 g
3
Grate some cheese into a bowl with breadcrumbs and beans. I prefer Russian cheese.
- Cheese: 50 g
4
Add mayonnaise to the bowl (to taste) and mix everything together.
- Mayonnaise: to taste
