Quick chicken cutlets are the perfect recipe for those who value taste and convenience. This dish comes from European cuisine and features tender cutlets made without lengthy preparation. The use of mayonnaise makes the filling especially juicy, while the addition of onion gives it a slight spiciness. These cutlets are prepared like pancakes, making the frying process quick and convenient. The result is an appetizing golden crust that hides softness inside. A great option for a family lunch or dinner when you want something homemade but without long hours at the stove. Serve with a side of fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes to highlight their rich flavor.
