Lavash roll with crab sticks is a light and delicate appetizer that combines the freshness of salad, the spiciness of pickled cucumber and ginger, as well as the creamy softness of cottage cheese sauce. This recipe was born from the desire to combine simple and accessible ingredients into an elegant dish that is perfect for both festive gatherings and everyday snacking. The taste of the roll is harmonious: salty crab sticks, a hint of garlic spiciness, and the creamy texture of cottage cheese and yogurt create a rich palette of sensations. Chilling the roll before serving makes it especially pleasant as the ingredients infuse with each other, revealing all their flavor nuances.
