Boil the rice, slightly overcooking it with salt and sugar. Drain the water, cool it down, add vinegar, and mix well.
- Rice: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Apple cider vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Lay the fish on the mat in a beautiful, even layer.
- Salmon fillet: 100 g

Place nori on top, then rice, spread it with hands; also spread cream cheese in the center (Philadelphia or Almette).
- Dry seaweed nori: 1 piece
- Rice: 3 tablespoons
- Cream cheese: 2 tablespoons

Roll everything tightly into a tube, then carefully unfold the mat after a minute.

Let the roll cool for a few minutes, then carefully cut it into 8 pieces with a sharp knife. Serve traditionally with ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
