Pickled cabbage for a snack

Chop the cabbage into cubes, grate the carrot on a coarse or Korean grater, and slice the garlic and hot pepper into strips.
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 1 head
- Red chilli pepper: 1 piece
- White cabbage: 2 kg

Put the ingredients in the pot and mix.

Prepare a marinade from water, sugar, salt, and spices, remove from heat, and add oil and vinegar.
- Water: 2 glasss
- Salt: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Vegetable oil: 1 glass
- Vinegar: 1 glass

Pour the cabbage with marinade, cover with a plate under a weight. Place in a cool place for 2 days.
- White cabbage: 2 kg

Place the prepared cabbage in jars and store in the refrigerator.
