Slice the baguette into pieces. Mix the chopped parsley with soft feta cheese and olive oil. Finely chop the bacon and fry it in a dry pan.
- Small French baguette: 1 piece
- Chopped parsley: 50 g
- Feta cheese: 300 g
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- Bacon: 100 g

Fry two small eggs in the same pan.
- Quail egg: 6 pieces

Spread cheese mixture on some toasts, place others under the grill in the oven for one to two minutes. Let the finished toasts cool and serve with eggs and bacon.
