Dissolve yeast in milk, add lightly beaten egg and sugar, and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Milk: 250 ml
- Dry yeast: 11 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Sift flour with salt in a bowl, add softened butter and yeast mixture, mix thoroughly and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and place it in a warm place for 1 hour. After that, punch down the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for another hour.

For the filling. Wash the greens, dry them, and chop finely. Crumble the feta with a fork, mix it with the greens, add salt and pepper, and stir.

Divide the prepared dough into 2 parts and roll each into a thin circle on a floured table. Cut each circle into 6 pieces (like pizza). Place 1 tablespoon of filling on the wide base of each piece. Roll into small rolls, pinch the sides and fold them inward to form crescents.
