Andalusian beans are a fragrant and hearty dish inspired by the traditions of southern Spain. Its taste is rich and deep: the combination of smoked bacon, sweet bell pepper, and tender canned beans creates a harmonious palette of flavors. Thyme and bay leaves add notes of Mediterranean herbs, while the broth makes the consistency tender and velvety. This dish is perfect as a warming lunch or dinner, especially on cool evenings.
