Cut the carrots into sticks of 0.1x6 cm, dice the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes, thaw the shrimp, drain in a colander and let the liquid drain.

Pour olive oil into the multicooker, add carrots, pour in water, and mix. Close the lid.
