This chickpea snack with feta and shallots is a true reflection of the simplicity and flavor harmony of Mediterranean cuisine. Chickpeas, with their mild nutty flavor, become golden and crispy when roasted. Shallots and white onions add a sweet depth of aroma, while feta provides a creamy texture with a slight tanginess. Olive oil enriches the dish, making it rich, while black pepper adds spiciness. This snack is perfect as a standalone dish or as a side to meat and vegetables. It can be served on warm bread or mixed with herbs for freshness. Quick preparation makes it indispensable for light and nutritious meals, while the combination of flavors offers an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
