They can be served as a tasty snack for an evening movie, garnished with herbs for zest, or enjoyed in a simple combination of salty and creamy. This recipe is a perfect way to turn ordinary potatoes into a culinary delight!

1
Potatoes should be cut with a special vegetable peeler knife. The potatoes must be sliced very thin.
- Potato: 3 pieces
2
Pour oil into the pot, about two fingers high. Heat the oil. Fry the sliced potato pieces in it. Place them one by one so that each piece fries without touching each other. It fries very quickly! Once browned, remove with a slotted spoon. Be sure to let the oil drain, or place on a towel to absorb the oil.
- Sunflower oil: 1 ml
3
Serve with sour cream.
